BRUCE DUNN

FOUNDER & TATTOO ARTIST

Meet Bruce, our founder and resident artist—the Lord of the lines, actor, reel extraordinaire, and our local Viking.

With 7 years in the tattoo industry, Bruce is known for his offensively crisp, clean, and gorgeous lines. He is a disciplined and creative force, and nothing gets between Bruce and his jugaad. He loves his cats, coffee, and football, and would rather eat a shoe than be spoken to before his morning coffee.

Portrait of Shrey at Murukoo Studio

SHREY SAWANT

RESIDENT TATTOO ARTIST

Meet Shrey, aka Maakoad, aka Flyin Munki—our Resident Artist and the unparalleled pioneer of flash tattoos in India. A Goan legend and lifelong artist, Shrey spent over 10 years as a graffiti artist before mastering epic tattoos over the past 4 years.

Shrey’s signature style is grungy neo-traditional with dark undertones, drawing inspiration from anime, manga, demons, and funky creatures. He works out as hard as he naps! He loves cats, working out, and a stiff drink at the end of the day. God knew Shrey would be too powerful if he wasn’t lactose intolerant.

YEDU KRISHNAN

RESIDENT TATTOO ARTIST

Yedu, a.k.a. Yoko, hails from God's Own Country, the land of coconuts and backwaters, yet he doesn’t know how to swim—only how to drown.

He specialises in zoning out and getting lost in his imagination, where he brings designs to life and onto skin forever. His love for ornamental designs that adorn the body, skeletons missing a few teeth and bones, snakes and dragons with eyes that get sidetracked by butterflies, and even his gorgeous mermaids takes a back seat to his love for tea—in both its herbal and verbal form.

ADITYA PATIL

RESIDENT TATTOO ARTIST

Adi comes from a city where everyone knows everyone—yes that's right, Pune. Don't be surprised if you catch him doing questionable things like cutting up his hoodie in the middle of the day or dipping his shoes in coffee.

Adi started tattooing at the age of 17 and loves to play with the color red when a football isn’t in sight. When in doubt, he starts drawing chrysanthemums. He’s passionate about trekking, even though he has a phobia of insects.
